  ✨🚨YOUR VULVA IS NOT YOUR VAGINA!🚨✨ (|)💕 Your vulva is the woman’s external genitals you can see. This consists of the clitoris, labia minora, labia majora, mons pubis, prepuce, perineum, urethral opening, and the OPENING of the vagina. The vagina is actually the hole that a baby👶 would come out of, or a penis would enter into. The vagina 🕳 is actually internal like a hallway from the outside that leads into the uterus and cervix. I was never🙅🏻‍♀️ taught the proper terms of my body in school. 👩‍🏫 My family and friends always called their external genitals their vagina as well‼️ I did not know what a vulva was until I was told I had VIN/Precancer! I remember asking my doctor, vulva what!?!? I felt lied to, and confused. 🙇🏻‍♀️ You mean I’ve been calling this my vagina all along and it’s not even the right term!?   Did you know an itch on your vulva can actually be a sign of cancer? I didn’t take my itching symptoms seriously, and I was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus & VIN1 (precancer) at only 23! I had symptoms since I was at least 19!! Take your itching seriously, get checked ASAP, & know that NO! It is not always normal to itch down there!   Itching down there!? Me too! After doctors told me multiple times I may have herpes, it was biopsy confirmed that I actually have Lichen Sclerosus & VIN(Precancer). If you have an itch that does not go away on your vulva, do not just ignore it like I did for so many years!
