  Having a disease or condition that effects your vulva can make you feel even more alone!  🥺 No one wants to talk about it, and some find it “embarrassing” to talk about!  🙇🏻‍♀️  Many people believe diseases like Lichen Sclerosus aren’t as rare as we think, but due to the embarrassment they feel, many women aren’t going to the doctors for treatment and not talking to others about any concerns to look out for!  🔍  It is important to share your story, work closely with your doctor, and encourage others to perform their vulvar self exams. 🕵️‍♀️ It’s just as important as checking our breasts, and checking can save lives!  💪🏻 So, do not be afraid!  🙅🏻‍♀️ You are not alone!!!
